Cardi B found herself in a fiery face-off with Rah Ali at the Cannes airport, and now the aftermath is playing out publicly as both women share very different sides of the story.
Rah Ali first spoke on the incident during an episode of her Onsited podcast with guest host Ray Daniels. Cardi didn’t hold back in her response, calling Rah a clout chaser for speaking on their encounter. Despite the back and forth, they both admit that the moment quickly turned into an argument.
Rah claimed she stayed calm while Cardi caused a scene. She said she was shocked by Cardi’s behavior and felt it reflected poorly, especially coming from a mother of three. Their beef traces back to their well-known altercation during New York Fashion Week in 2018, and Cardi told her fans that she had been silently waiting to settle things. “I patiently waited for my moment and I didn’t hesitate to strike,” she said.
Rah explained she wasn’t feeling well at the time and was using a wheelchair to get through the airport after a long stretch at Paris Fashion Week. Cardi admitted she didn’t care about the consequences and was willing to risk getting arrested just to get her revenge. She said the Bronx in her wouldn’t let it slide and that she had to prove to her bodyguard that she still stands on business.
Where things get even murkier is the physical part. Cardi claims she threw a JBL speaker and it landed on Rah’s head. Rah insists nothing hit her at all.
As the drama unfolded on the podcast, Ray Daniels gave his take. He suggested Cardi lashes out because she’s never experienced love from a real man, calling out Offset, Stefon Diggs, and DJ Self by name.
