Hip-Hop mogul Ye is headed back to Tampa in a major way after overwhelming ticket demand pushed Raymond James Stadium to add a second concert date to his 2026 return.
The stadium announced Tuesday that Ye will now perform on Sunday, June 28, in addition to his previously scheduled June 26 show. Presale access begins Wednesday, May 27, at 10 a.m., while general ticket sales launch Thursday morning through Ticketmaster.
The added performance marks Ye’s first concert in Tampa in nearly 10 years. News of the second date spread quickly across social media, where fans debated possible surprise guests, production ideas, and which classics from Ye’s catalog could make the final setlist.
The artist formerly known as Kanye West has kept a relatively limited touring schedule in recent years. That scarcity appears to be fueling demand.
The Tampa performances follow Ye’s sold-out run earlier this year at SoFi Stadium, which marked one of his few large-scale U.S. appearances in 2026.

According to the venue, strong early ticket interest prompted organizers to add another stadium date to the weekend event. Ye’s official touring site, Yeezy Tour, also encouraged fans to preregister ahead of sales.
“A few lucky pre-registrants will be selected to receive free tickets,” the site stated.
The Florida return arrives during another controversial chapter in Ye’s career. Still, his ability to command attention inside music and pop culture remains unmatched. Fans throughout Florida and the Southeast flooded timelines moments after the second concert became official.
For longtime supporters, the Tampa shows represent more than another concert announcement. They mark the return of one of hip-hop’s most influential and polarizing artists to a stadium stage.
More than 20 years into his career, Ye continues driving headlines, online conversation and massive ticket demand whenever he steps back into the spotlight.
