Sometimes it seems like trouble just finds Chris Brown.

A woman has filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown and two other people, claiming that she was sexually assaulted at the singer’s house.

According to documents released by The Blast, the woman attended a party on Feb. 23, 2017, where she says she was held down by one of Brown’s friends and a woman, where she was given drugs and alcohol then raped twice by the friend, and forced to perform oral sex on a woman who was on her period.

She is suing for sexual battery, battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos gave the following statement to TMZ: “None of these allegations are true. Nobody has done anything with this… there’s no case here. Chris is a target.”

The unspecified woman’s lawyer Gloria Allred shot back claiming that Geragos and Brown were no shows at mediation and send the lawyer a message, “be prepared Mark. We have our evidence and all that you appear to have is a statement that you and I mediated which is completely false.”
