12-year-veteran, Vladimir Krull, of the Midtown North Precinct has been sentenced to 3 years after raping and sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl. The three attacks took place in 2013 and 2014. Three years came from a year for each attack.
Bronx prosecutors said Krull kissed the girl in the mouth in September of 2013 and then started the sexual abuse her. To make things even worse, the victim was the daughter of Krull’s then-girlfriend. He raped the girl in her home and then in his car. He was also convicted of having the young girl perform a sex act on him in his car after leaving a father daughter dance.
A spokeswoman for Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark said,
“The defendant horrifically abused the trust of this family and engaged in sexual acts with a child. He now faces prison time for his depravity, and I hope his conviction reinforces the message that we do not stop until we get justice for the most vulnerable of victims.”
Krull has been sentenced to five years of post-release supervision and must register as a sex offender. In addition to that, he has been let go from the NYPD.
He should be ashamed of himself. Sick!
