Frank Ocean’s father, Calvin Cooksey has now filed a deformation suit against his son over a Tumblr post Frank wrote last summer in the wake of the Orlando massacre. Frank accused his father of homophobic slur years when he was young.
Frank said,
“I was 6 years old when I heard my dad call our transgender waitress a fa***t as he dragged me out of a neighborhood diner saying we wouldn’t be served because she was dirty.”
Calvin says that Frank is lying and has also messed up his financial opportunities in film and music. He is now asking his son to hand over $14.5 million in damages.
