Basketball Wives star, Brooke Bailey, confirmed that her daughter Kayla Bailey has passed away.
“Forever my baby, Pretty Black aka Kayla Nicole Bailey This is not a goodbye,” Brooke wrote alongside a series of photos of her 25-year-old daughter. “Mommy will see you soon” says Brooke.
While sharing special moments of her daughter via Instagram story, Brooke says “my baby girl is so Loved by all of youuuuu!!! The love and support my family has received today is unreal and so appreciated.”
She continued, “Thank you! Kayla left a mark on so many lives. She entered the room and demanded respect, love and attention.”
“If you had the pleasure of meeting her and being friends with her she has forever changed your life,” Brooke writes.
According to a police report, Kayla passed away due to injuries she sustained in a car crash on Saturday night/ Sunday morning. The report reveals Kayla and the driver of a Mercedes Benz S550 died in a crash with a commercial tractor-trailer. The driver as well as Kayla were both wearing seat belts during the impact, the Mercedes was reportedly traveling 65 miles per hour when it hit the tractor-trailer from behind. Both passengers passed away.
