In the third episode of Game Changers, we take a look into Aliyyah Baylor who is the Chief Baking Officer of Make My Cake. Starting her business with her mother in a fifth floor walk up, she has now expanded her empire with multiple store fronts in Harlem, and now the Upper West Side.
She has also been featured on Food Network’s Throw Down with Bobby Flay. Her recipes are said to combine the southern baking traditions of Alabama and Mississippi with a touch of Harlem.
