Last night on 50 Cent’s Instagram Live he shared a beautiful memory about the late Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke that warmed a lot of hearts.
Pop Smoke was very vocal about 50 Cent being one of his influences, and paid homage to him in a lot of ways including musically.
50 Cent told fans a story about being in a meeting with Pop Smoke, and seeing the young rapper on his phone for most of it. 50 was mistaken when he thought the ‘Welcome to the Party’ artist wasn’t paying attention; he realized Pop Smoke was writing everything he said down.
