If you can’t get enough of Power Book II: Ghost, more is on the way!
50 Cent and Starz released the first official trailer for Power Book 3: Raising Kanan. This spin-off explores 50 Cent’s character, Kanan, in his teenage years and how he became a drug dealer. It’s set to drop summer of 2021.
In the teaser, you see some new faces. Omar Epps plays Detective Malcolm Howard, Joey Bada$$ as Unique, Hailey Kilgore as Kanan’s cousin Jukebox, Lovie Simone as Davina Harrison, London Brown as Marvin Thomas, and more, Hip Hop DX reports. The trailer’s soundtrack is to A Tribe Called Quest’s 1991 Low End Theory song “Excursions.” Take a look:

There’s also Power Book IV: Influence which stars Larenz Tate as politician Rashad Tate and his political journey. Joseph Sikora will also get his spin-off, Power Book V: Force, which follows the life of Tommy Egan. There’s a possibility of a spin-off with Tommy and Ghost during their teenage years, but nothing has been set in stone yet.
