This doesn’t look good for A Boogie.

The rapper is allegedly being sued for causing damages in a rental home. In 2017, A Boogie rented a luxury apartment for 12 months where he gave $15,000 for the security deposit and then agreed to pay $10,000 a month for rent to the property owner Dr. Lawrence Guarino and his wife.

As reported by TheJasmineBrand.com, the agreement between Boogie and the renters did not end well. The couple accused the rapper of breaking their rent agreement and for abandoning their property without notice.

They also went on to claim that he caused over $200,000 in damages including ruining the carpet, leaving the toilets clogged, and destroying the landscapes as well as other damages.

The couple is suing the rapper and his label for his alleged carelessness which has left them unable to rent out the property to other tenants until everything is repaired.

Aside from this legal battle, Boogie is also facing drug and gun charges. Last month the 25-year-old rapper’s house was raided and guns, bullets, drugs, and other things were confiscated.

The rapper, his security guard, and his manager were all arrested.
