Bobby Shmurda has been a hot commodity ever since getting released from prison.

The Brooklyn rapper has been making rounds visiting his rap friends and connecting with some fans. Bobby and 50 were scheduled to perform in Atlanta at a club for the NBA All-Star weekend, but it was called off last minute due to permission issued with city authorities.

Hip Hop N’ More reports back in 2017, during an interview with Miss2Bees, Bobby was in jail and spoke on a few things. The “Hot N*gga” rapper spoke on working on a book and a movie. He also revealed 50 Cent was the only person that reached out and tried to bail him out. Bobby said,

“The only one who really contacted us was 50. Everyone else is just talk They do it for the people. The only one that is real is 50.” Take a look:

After Bobby got released on February 23, Bobby also gave props to his good friend Quavo of The Migos. Bobby said Quavo “never switched up.” Bobby said,

“He ain’t never switched up yo. The whole six he did. The whole time, man. He ain’t never switched up, you heard? Make sure you know that.”

Upon getting released, Quavo also picked Bobby up from jail in a private jet. Bobby has also been spotted working on music, so we can expect that soon!
