Black Rob’s official cause of death hasn’t been revealed. Last week, Black Rob made a video showing love to DMX before he passed. In Rob’s video, he was in a hospital and looked sick. This raised a lot of alarms and fans didn’t like seeing the legend like that.

Rob revealed he was going through a hard time and was homeless. He also shared he was battling health issues, suffering four strokes, and his kidney was failing. He was also on dialysis for his kidneys. Our thoughts and prayers are with Black Rob and his family/fans. We will keep you updated with more information.
