The two have been together for nearly nine years and engaged for four of them. They share a two-year-old, Exodus Simmons. together. Exodus is the youngest of 15. Desiree has been through DMX’s side through thick and thin. Back in 2017, DMX was placed on house arrest for tax fraud and was also battling drug addiction. In 2018, DMX was hit with charges over failure to pay taxes and had to serve a year behind bars. He was released from prison in January 2019, exclusively reported by our own Lisa Evers.
