Jay-Z once said, “I’m not a businessman, I’m a business man” and his continuing to expand his business.
The mogul is slated to launch his own cannabis line called Monogram. He made the announcement on Friday, where he also gave fans insight about the line.
According to Monogram’s website, the is stated to “redefine what cannabis means to consumers today through careful strain selection, meticulous cultivation practices, and uncompromising quality.”
Last year, Jay partnered with Caliva, a California-based cannabis company as their Chief Brand Officer, where the idea for Monogram came from. At the moment, it is unclear whether the product will be available in dispensaries across the nation or only in California.
However, the press release states that the brand will be released through an e-commerce platform dedicated only to that brand.
