Bill Kapri, also known as Kodak Black, has some legal issues to take care of.

As reported on news sources, Kodak has an upcoming hearing for a criminal sexual misconduct charge.

The situation stems from an incident dating back to 2016. According to a report, Kodak was in Florence for a show at the Treasure City nightclub. The “Roll In Peace” rapper was accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old girl. Prosecutors claim Kodak forced himself on the Jane Doe in a hotel room after a concert, allegedly raping her and biting her neck and right breast.” The alleged victim first told her school nurse, and then the school notified authorities.

In December that same year, Kodak was arrested and released from the Florence County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond. Earlier this year, before Donald Trump left office as President, he pardoned rappers like Kodak and Lil Wayne. Although Kodak was pardoned from an unrelated charge, this situation didn’t get “wiped” away.

We’ll keep you updated on the results.
