Lori Harvey will reportedly serve 2 years of probation following her hit-and-run incident.
According to TMZ, Harvey accepted a plea deal. With the deal she was forced to plea no contest to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
Back in January, Harvey was arrested in Beverly Hills for a misdemeanor hit and run and delaying a Police investigation. The model/ stepdaughter of Steve Harvey was reportedly texting while driving before getting into the accident. Thankfully, no one was injured.
At the time of the incident, Harvey was not taken into custody, but she was hit with a ticket for her offenses on the spot. She was free to go home at the time, and police said that alcohol was not a factor in the accident,
