Meagan Good and her longtime hubby DeVon Franklin called it quits a few weeks ago, but it looks like the relationship was over long before the public new.
Both Good and Franklin put out statements following divorce announcement, which read, “after much prayer and consideration we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected. We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There’s no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love.”
According to The Blast, the couple were separated for four months before they officially announced the divorce. A close source to the couple revealed that the split was “a long time coming.”
The source claims, “their work schedules often kept them apart, and they just haven’t been spending a lot of time together this past year,” the source told the news outlet. “When they did have time in their schedules, it’d often just be hours that they would be able to spend quality time together.”
