Last night was the first and only Vice President debate between Kamala Harris and Mike Pence.
Pence showed similar behavior like Donald Trump, going over his allowed time and speaking over Harris, as Trump did with Biden. During one of the parts, the moderator asked Pence and Harris if they felt Breonna Taylor received justice. Pence said he “trusts” out justice system.
“Well, our heart breaks for the loss of any innocent American life, and the family of Breonna Taylor has our sympathies. But I trust our justice system, a grand jury that refused the evidence.”
Versus Harris’ answer, who believes justice was not served and sees that there’s a major need for criminal justice reform. Harris said,
“I am a former career prosecutor, I know what I am talking about, bad cops are bad for good cops. We need reform of our policing in America and our criminal justice system.”
Hot girl Meg took to Twitter to share how she felt about Pence’s answer. She’s ultimately disgusted by it. “Pence’s response to the question “did Breonna Taylor receive justice” was disgusting #VicePresidentialDebate.”
