NYC Providing COVID-19 Pop Up Testing Sites Throughout City w/ Results In 15 Minutes!

New York City is helping residents know if they have the Coronavirus! 

Reported on Pix 11, NYC will provide pop up COVID-19 sites throughout the boroughs. For the first time, people will get their results in 15 minutes! 

Right now, several sites are open in the Bronx with more set to open next week. Although NY is seeing numbers go down, the Bronx still has the highest death rates and hospitalizations in the city. 

The test is free and city officials want to test at least 2,500 people across Tremont in the next two weeks! $10 million is also being given to community organizations to help with outreach and testing the article reports.

St. Simon Stock Church

2191 Valentine Avenue

Monday-Saturday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Sunday: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Note this site will be available until 7/22

H+H Community Health Center

4006 3rd Avenue

Hours: 9 a.m.-7 p.m. seven days a week.

Note this site will provide testing until 7/19

St. Barnabas Hospital (by appointment)

4487 3rd Avenue

Monday – Friday 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

To get a COVID test, call 718-960-3730 for an appointment; responders are bi-lingual; all individuals entering the ambulatory site should wear a face covering.

BronxCare Testing Site

1650 Grand Concourse

Monday – Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
