Kodak Black is doing a good service while behind bars.

The Florida rapper is reportedly helping a fifth-grade class with receiving a refund of $17,000 for a school trip to Washington D.C. that was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The class had raised the money while selling candy bars and hosting car washes. The trip was supposed to take place in mid-March and since it’s a cancellation, the Hilton hotel is refusing to refund the money and they are asking for approximately $20,612 for the cancellation fee.

Black’s lawyer, who is also a representative of the school’s Parent Teacher Organization, states that the rapper is now volunteering to help and repay the students if the hotel doesn’t pay them back. The announcement of the good deed was also posted on Black’s Instagram page.
