It looks like Kodak won’t be coming home as soon as he expected.

According to reports, A panel of judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals reviewed Kodak’s file and they decided to rejected his appeal to get out of prison sooner than anticipated.

Now, in the appeal, Kodak’s legal team stated that because Kodak wasn’t convicted in the previous robbery case, he should not have been sentenced under the condition that he is a “convicted felon.”

His lawyers said he pled “no contest” to the robbery case, which was ruled as a conviction.

As of now, Kodak will still be spending 46 months in prison. We’ll keep you updated if this changes.
