According to reports, rapper Playboi Carti was arrested on Thursday on gun and drug related charges.
Carti was pulled over in a Lamborghini, for expired tags. During the stop police found 12 bags of marijuana, xanax, codeine, oxycodone, and three unspecified firearms. Carti and another man, Jaylon Tucker, was taken to Clayton County jail.
Carti is reportedly expecting to be released soon, as he is no longer listed in Clayton County’s online booking records.
