Whether you like him or hate him, the story of 6ix9ine is one that will be told when he is released from prison.
A brand new limited docuseries was just announced by Showtime Documentary Films which is inspired by a Rolling Stone feature which was written by Stephen Witt.
Titled SuperVillian, the 3-part docuseries will chronicle 6ix9ine in his early beginnings as a New York City deli clerk, to his rise of fame, the hate he has received, and eventual arrest last year, according to Variety.
No airdate has currently been announced.
The Brooklyn rapper is currently in prison on federal racketeering and weapons charges. His testimony and co-operation with prosecutors against other fellow members of the Nine Trey Bloods gang made headlines last month, and may result in his release in 2020. His sentencing is expected to be ruled in December.
Earlier this month, it was reported that 6ix9ine released a $10 million record deal two release two albums – one english and one spanish.
