During a conversation with Nick Cannon, she expressed that she wouldn’t date a man with a 9-5 job.”He can’t have a 9-5… He can be a hustling entrepreneur,” she said. “I think entrepreneurs should date entrepreneurs…you’re not going to understand my lifestyle. You’re not going to understand why I’m up at 3 a.m. He has to be an entrepreneur.”
Although B. Simone didn’t make any negative remarks about men working 9-5 jobs, her comments still rubbed people the wrong way. Tory Lanez chimed in on the subject. He writes via Twitter,
“Lolol i guess no one told my dog B.Simone that the world got ALOT of people who work a 9-5 THAT GET MORE MONEY THAN SOME OF OUR FAVORITE RAPPERS /ENTERTAINERS ?!?!???” He tweeted. “For me on the other hand … all y’all ladies with 9-5s hit my line I got time,” he added.
