Justice has been served.
The father and son who shot and killed an unarmed Black man, has been arrested.
According to the Georgia Bureau Of Investigation, Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, were arrested for the death of Ahmaud Arbery. Both men were taken into custody and face charges of aggravated assault and murder.
The horrible attack happened to 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery back in February, but the video was released Tuesday (May 5). The video sparked outrage across the nation, as Arbery was unarmed and simply jogging.
In the graphic video, captured by an unidentified person, you can see the McMichael’s interrupt Arbery’s jog, approaching him in their pickup truck and begin to intimidate and attack unarmed Arbery. As Arbery attempts to get away, a gunshot is fired. Then Arbery is seen fighting for his life with while the McMichael’s hold a long gun and fire two more shots before Arbery stumbles and dies in cold blood.
