New York’s State Senate’s bill was passed on May 17, and was sponsored by Jamaal Bailey and Brad Hoylman. The bill has received support Jay-Z, Meek Mill, Fat Joe, Robin Thicke, and many many more artists who are trying to protect creative freedom in music and art overall.
