Beyoncè fans waited a year for her to reveal her third 2018 Halloween costume. The singer shared two different looks last year, recreating iconic figures Toni Braxton and Olympic athlete FloJo. Queen Bey decided to surprise fans with her third look and boy, were people loving it!
