Nearly three months after the murder of Breonna Taylor by Louisville Metro Police Officers, the department has finally released the incident report, however, it is nearly blank.

According to reports, the four-page incident report had certain sections filled out which included Breonna Taylor’s name, age, gender, time, date, case number, and the location of where the incident took place.

The report also included that she had no injuries although she was shot eight times and it stated that there was no forced entry into the apartment. It was later revealed that the officers used a battering ram to enter Taylor’s apartment.

The police department released a statement pertaining to the report. “Inaccuracies in the report are unacceptable to us, and we are taking immediate steps to correct the report and to ensure the accuracy of incident reports going forward.”

Mayor Greg Fischer also commented on the blank police report calling it unacceptable. He also apologized to Taylor’s family for their additional pain.
