The investigation into Pop Smoke’s murder has reportedly come to a halt.

As reported by BET, the authorities have decided to put the investigation on hold due to the lack of credible witnesses and state that the police are also reaching out to people who were connected to the late rapper in both Los Angeles and New York City.

Police are also having issues finding a motive for Pop’s murder. On February 19th, 2020, Pop Smoke was shot and killed during a home invasion. He was pronounced dead by the L.A Fire Department at the local hospital.
