According to reports, Judge Engelmayer reportedly denied Tekashi 69’s request to complete his sentence at home or at a community correctional facility.

Just last week 69 pleaded with the judge to finish his 24-month prison sentence on house arrest, as he was afraid for his life after testifying against the Nine Trey blood gang.

The rapper’s lawyers even argued that the prison is filled with Bloods alluding to it not being safe…nonetheless, Judge Engelmayer said that “granting his request would “eliminate the remaining prison component of his sentence in favor of lesser forms of confinement.”

All in all, it looks like Tekashi 69 will have to finish his sentence in prison!
