It has been reported that Ticketmaster will reportedly make coronavirus test results and vaccination statuses mandatory for fans wanting to attend events.
The plan is still being worked on, but the company is considering using health information from third-party firms such as CLEAR Health Pass and CVS Minute Clinic or LabCorp for testing and vaccination distributors as a way to confirm that the attendee is negative for coronavirus within 24-72 hours.
Event attendees will also have the option to prove they have tested negative or that received the vaccine via their cell phones. Ticketmaster has also ensured that they will not keep any of the attendees’ information and that the third-party will confirm it the person tested negative for the virus.
