24 People Reportedly Charged For Intentionally Setting Australian Fires

Aside from the 45th president practically stating a world war, deadly fires in Sydney Australia started on Jan. 1 and has since killed billions of animals, destroyed 2,000 homes, and killed at least 25 people.

Reported on Fox, 24 people have been charged for intentionally setting the fires. This offense can land a person 21 years in prison. 

As of right now, according to the site, across New South Wales, 130 fires were burning on Tuesday, 50 of which were uncontrolled. 

Celebrities like Rihanna and Lizzo have posted messages about the horrible tragedy.
