6ix9ine is going back to court.

According to a report, the rapper is scheduled to testify against members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods who allegedly kidnapped the Brooklyn native.

Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack will start their trial on September 16, where documents suggest that 6ix9ine will take the stand to share his role in the organization.

“The Government expects CW-2 [6ix9ine&#93 to testify that one of his roles in Nine Trey was to make money for the gang and distribute that money among Nine Trey members.”

Ellison and Mack have pleaded not guilty, and claim they were hired to kidnap 6ix9ine in what they believed to be a publicity stunt meant to go viral. There will be text messages surrounding the communication of the event, and the rapper’s stolen jewlery that will be shown in court.

6ix9ine’s former manager Shotti was recently sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal weapons charges.

The rapper plead guilty in February to nine federal charges and is now looking to shorten his possible sentence by agreeing to a deal for his to assist in other cases.
