Tekashi 6ix9ine’s testimony during the trial of Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack is playing like a movie, but is indeed reality.
Following the rapper’s newsmaking week in which he spoke on his affilations with the Nine Trey Bloods Gang, it was his driver Jorge Rivera’s turn to take the stand.
He was driving 6ix9ine the night both Ellison and “Sha” allegedly kidnapped and robbed the Brooklyn rapper after initially confronting him as Rivera was driving.
On the stand, the driver admitted to being a federal informant himself after being arrested by ICE before the incident. Journalist Matthew Russell Lee detailed the testimony.
AUSA: Mr. Rivera, when you were released, did you start driving for Mr. Hernandez again?
A: Yes.
Q: As a confidential informant?

After sidebar, AUSA: “Mr Rivera, on July 22, 2018, was there a camera installed in that Chevrolet Tahoe?
A: Yes.
Q Was it recording?
A: Yes.

Video of the alleged kidnapping was released last week after 6ix9ine testified about the incident.
Now they are again playing the video of the car jacking:
“Get the f*ck out of the car.”
And #6ix9ine telling Harv, I always treated you right.https://t.co/9EXqlr6suH— Inner City Press (@innercitypress) September 23, 2019
During the testimony, Rivera revealed that the car had two cameras installed.
AUSA: Mr. Rivera, did you have two cameras installed in the car?
A: Yes. One is always pointed ahead. Remember, I used to work for a car service. My customers, they were always recorded.— Inner City Press (@innercitypress) September 23, 2019
Ellison and Mack are facing federal racketeering and firearms charges. Ellison is also facing charges to the alleged kidnapping and robbery of 6ix9ine in July 2018.
