Do you need a college dream to work at your dream job? If you don’t have one, you might just be in luck. For some, college is a luxury. As we know, tuition is very expense and not all can afford it- or simply, some just don’t want to go to school.

Now, more and more companies are recognizing these people who don’t have a degree, but have the ability, talent and work ethic and offering jobs. Companies such as Google, Whole Foods, Apple, and more are opening up the doors and lowering the standards of a required degree- accoring to Glassdoor.
