This doesn’t sound too good.
Ray Donovan, also known as actor Pooch Hall is caught up in a messy situation. Earlier in October, news broke that he was in a DUI accident and his two-year-old son had been in the car with him. The crazy part is, he let his son drive on his lap, with no seatbelt, because he was too intoxicated!
Reports claim that eyewitnesses were alarmed when they saw a child in the driver’s seat. They crashed into a parked car and thank God no one was hurt. Pooch was arrested and then later released on a $100 k bond. The child was put in his mother’s care, which is the actor’s wife.
TMZ reports that Pooch has been charged for drunk driving, blowing a 2.5, which is three times more than the legal limit. He’s also facing a felony charge for child abuse for allowing his baby boy to take the wheel. The actor could spend a maximum of six years in jail.
