Do we really want this?

In the age of sequels and reboots, another modern day classic movie might get one more adventure.

While sitting down with The Cruz Show on Power 106, Jackie Chan made a big revelation that after seven years of talks, he gave the green light on the fourth Rush Hour installment.

“For the last 20 years, I’ve tried different [characters,]” Chan said. “A few years ago, Karate Kid. There was supposed to be a Karate Kid 2 but the script isn’t right. Several years later they want to do it and I say, ‘You still want to do Karate Kid? No, Karate Men.’ They’re taller than me now! Rush Hour you can do any time… Next year!”

There’s a catch though.

“If… Chris Tucker agrees.”

The last Rush Hour film came in 2007. Ultimately, it all comes down to scheduling and if Tucker is willing to do one more film to close out the series.

“It’s not about money!” Chan said. “It’s about [having the] time to make. Otherwise, Rush Hour 4 we’re all old men. I tell Chris Tucker, ‘Before we get old, please do Rush Hour 4.’”

What do you think?
