It looks like Warner Brothers have their sights set on who they want to play the next Poison Ivy. It has been reported by Mashable, that the film company is looking to Rihanna to take on the character in the Dark Knight’s next film.
The last time fans of the DC Universe saw Poison Ivy was in 1997 in the Batman and Robin movie played by Uma Thurman. If Rihanna is given the role, she will join the list of other females who have played prominent roles in the DC Universe, such as Gal Gadot who played Superwoman and Margot Robbie who plays Harley Quinn. At the moment there is no word on if Rihanna will be accepted for this role.
