August Alsina Gives An Update On His Health

August Alsina has been very open about this autoimmune disease and how it has been affecting his health. 

In July, Alsina was hospitalized after losing his ability to walk but he continued to remain positive. Earlier, today the “I Luv It’ singer took to his Instagram to give fans an update about his health. See post below.

Update; My doctors have started me on my iv antibody Immunotherapy. In short form it’s sort of like chemo but instead, for my immune system. Only in this case, not killing the cells, but encouraging my nervous system & body to rebuild.
