Remember when Brooklyn rapper Casanova was accused of assaulting a woman at a diner for allegedly going on Instagram LIVE while his crew was trying to enjoy their food?
Well according to reports, Casanova born as Caswell Senior has been indicted on charges for robbery and coercion. One of his crew members Bobby Williams was also charged as he was accused of strangulation.
The victim Niya Rucker accused the rapper of grabbing her phone and deleting images and being put in a chokehold by someone on his team after she was using her phone to take photos of her food.
Casanova denied all claims however decided to turn himself into police.
A video surfaced of the incident taking place, nonetheless Casanova was not seen harming Rucker, yet she was put in a chokehold by someone Casanova was with….
