Members of Bobby Shmurda’s GS9 are still learning their fate following their arrests back in December 2014.
Today, Santino Boderick who is also known as Cueno has officially learned of his sentence. A judge has come down hard on the member after being convicted on 23 counts including “conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder in the second degree, and criminal use of a firearm.”
He has been sentenced to 117-130 years in prison. Broderick originally turned down a chance at a 15-year plea deal.
According to Page Six, Broderick decided to curse out the judge, Justice Abraham Clott before the sentence with phrases such as suck my d***,” and “f*** yourself.”
The judge has taken a hard stance with the group since the initial arrest. Other GS9 members Bobby Shmurda and Rowdy Rebel each took a plea deal for seven years. Rashid “Rasha” Derissant was sentenced to 98 1/3 years while another member Alex “A-Rod” Crandon received 53 years in prison.
