Cardi B. has a serious open case on her hands,

Tekashi 69’s girlfriend, Jade, and her sister accused Cardi and her goons of attacking them at a Queens strip club. The alleged altercation happened because Cari suspected one of the ladies to be messing around with her husband Offset.

The Bronx rapper arrived in court today wearing a white button-up shirt, black pants, Louis Vuitton boots accompanied by a long black feathered jacket that dragged behind her.

During the hearing, “Cardi’s lawyers say they still needed copies of Instagram postings by her accusers because attorneys said they believe it could be relevant to the case. The lawyers urged law enforcement to help get the records. The attorneys would not comment to The Post when asked later about the content of the postings.”

However, prosecutors are refusing to help get the posts, because they don’t believe it’s relevant to the case.

“The judge said he had already subpoenaed Facebook, Instagram’s parent company, for them but was denied. He said his jurisdiction is limited because the company is based in California. He said he would continue the discussion at a future hearing.”

Cardi B. reportedly left court without commenting. A date hasn’t been set for the next hearing but it will be sometime in January.

Cardi B. Is facing felony charges over the situation.
