Offset is reportedly suing Quality Control Records.

According to TMZ, Offset filed a lawsuit against QC on claims that they’ve dishonored an agreement regarding his solo efforts. The rapper reportedly filed documents in court claiming that he and the label negotiated a deal for his artist rights, which he says he “paid handsomely” for. Offset recently released a single titled “54321,” produced by Baby Keem, which reportedly breached the contractual agreements between the two parties.

Quality Control’s, Pierre ‘P’ Thomas, fired some tweets at Offset, writing, “the last lawsuit was filed publicly and dismissed quietly,” wrote Thomas on social media. “Let’s see how this one go. Been to real for all this lame sh*t. Everyone know the real problem.”

Offset clapped back tweeting, “n*ggas act like Im the problem I paid millions to get my rights back. N*gga you blackballed me I ain’t said sh*t one time homie I ain’t spoke to you in 2 years now I drop and you want ya name on my credit?”

Cardi B also joined the conversation but defending her hubby. She says, “Offset bought himself out his Qc deal after they didn’t want to renegotiate his contract,” she explained. “I’m tired of people trying to make offset look like the bad guy …..ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”

Hopefully all parties involved are able to come to an agreement amicably.
