Although singer Chris Brown hasn’t been charged with rape, the accuser is alleging that the investigation will continue.
According to The Blast, the accusers lawyer, Franck Serfati, stated Chris Brown’s return to the U.S. won’t hinder the investigation. “The departure of [Chris Brown] from France, and the other two people implicated, does not affect the continuation of the police investigation, which will continue despite their physical absence.”
Serfati is also stating that a prosecutor can open a judicial inquiry into the allegations at any time.
The woman who accused the singer of rape stated in an interview with Closer, “It’s still too difficult for me to explain in detail what he did,” the interview is in French but it translates to, “but it was brutal and violent. He was threatening and aggressive. I was very afraid.”
Looks like the battle isn’t over for anyone invovled.
