A Penn State University professor by the name of Richard Lomotey, had a part-time gig working as an Uber driver. According to reports, Lomotey has been accused of kidnapping three women in one night while driving Uber.

This doesn’t come as a surprise as Lomotey was arrested earlier this month for kidnapping 2 women, and now the third women is speaking out. She spoke to police and reported that Lomotey was parked outside of a nightclub, in a car marked with an Uber sticker on it. The woman did not request the ride through the Uber app, but did offer Lomotey $10 in cash for a ride home.

Things got sticky during the ride home when Lomotey attempted to make conversation regarding the woman’s “relationship status.” She did reject that conversation. He also allegedly “held and grabbed” her wrist during the ride, and kept the door locked whenever she attempted to unlock it. The two began to tussle.

She ultimately ended up leaping from the moving vehicle. Lomotey, has been charged with incident including kidnapping, unlawful restraint, and simple assault.

Please be careful ladies!
