According to reports DaBaby dodged some jail time from his North Carolina gun case, nevertheless, he will be on unsupervised probation for the next 12 months.
This particular case dates back to November, when the ‘Suge’ rapper was involved in an altercation inside of a local Walmart that turned deadly.
DaBaby was initially arrested in connection to the shooting, and charged with a misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun (not the actual murder).
If DaBaby doesn’t get into any trouble while on probation, he will not have to go to jail.
