We recently reported that rapper, DaBaby, was arrested in Miami on battery charges.
Now it looks like the alleged victim is speaking out and looking to take legal action. According to TMZ, the man, who has been identified as Kenneth, says “he’ll be going after the rapper and everyone involved in the brutal incident … which he claims left him with cuts and bruises on his face.”
Kenneth says his head injuries were so bad he had to be seen by a doctor. He also tells the news site that the video of his alleged attack his hard for him and family to watch.
According to reports, the Charlotte, North Carolina native was arrested after things didn’t go as planned with a concert promoter. Reportedly, the promoter was “several thousand dollars” short of the agreed amount. He was handed $20,000, which was $10,000 short of what the rapper had agreed to, according to reports. DaBaby and his team stole $80, a credit card, his iPhone 7, and poured some apple juice on him.
