Unfortunately for DMX, the legendary rapper is being sent back to jail for violating his probation in his tax evasion case.
According to reports, DMX was taken into custody in Manhattan this morning.
The judge claims that DMX was considered a ‘flight risk’ after testing positive for cocaine, opiates, and oxycodone.
DMX was in the midst of completing rehab, and traveling for tour dates in between, however after a video of the rapper at a bar surfaced the Internet, it gave authorities an incentive on what he may be doing on the side.
U.S. Attorney Spokesman Nicholas Biase claims prosecutors used that same video as a reference.
