Derek Chauvin will NOT get a new trial. A judge ruled yesterday (June 24).
In addition, the judge denied Chauvin’s request for a hearing on misconduct, possibly from jurors. The judge ruled his lawyer didn’t prove the jury lied during the selection process, The Jasmine Brand reports.
