The statement comes following a new allegation made against Diddy and two other men. According to reports, another person has accused Diddy of sexual assault. Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit alleging that she was raped by Diddy and two other men in a recording studio in 2003. The woman alleges that she was 17-year-old at the time, and she was given “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol” before being taken across state lines.

The woman alleges that she and a friend was out at a lounge in Detroit by Harve Pierre. Pierre allegedly told the woman that Diddy would love to meet her and invited her on an “impromptu” trip to New York on a private jet. The jet allegedly took her, Pierre and another unidentified man to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, where they were then taken to Daddy’s House Recording Studio.

The lawsuit alleges that the teen girl was given drugs and alcohol when things became a blur. Diddy allegedly took the young girl into a bathroom, removed her under garments, and penetrated her from behind. The suit alleges Diddy and Harve switched places, and Diddy watched from a chair as Harve penetrated the woman.
